A little about me...

For 33 years, I have been a full-time real estate professional.   I am licensed in both Arizona and Florida.  I live and work in the Northwest Valley of Phoenix serving communities in and around Surprise, Peoria and Glendale. 


Having purchased several new construction homes of my own, I have extensive experience representing buyers in new construction communities, which calls for a very different strategy than purchasing a resale home. I guide my clients in comparing builders, homesites, and floor plans, clearly outlining what is and isn’t negotiable and clarifying exactly what’s included in the base price versus optional upgrades. From  reviewing builder contracts and timelines to walking you through construction milestones, I act as your advocate—asking the right questions, monitoring progress, and helping you avoid costly surprises so your new home is delivered just the way you envisioned.


My background as a “military brat,” having lived at various duty stations around the world, gives me a unique understanding of the demands of military life and relocation. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and specialize in the VA loan process, focusing on the needs of active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. I am also a strong supporter of first responders and teachers, providing knowledgeable guidance for both home purchases and sales.

Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you pack efficiently and minimize the chaos. 1. Start Early Procrastination is your worst enemy when it comes to moving. Begin packing at least a few weeks in advance, starting with items you use the least. 2. Declutter Before You Pack Take this opportunity to get rid of items you no longer need. Donate, sell, or discard unnecessary belongings to lighten your load. 3. Gather Packing Supplies You’ll need: Sturdy moving boxes Packing tape Bubble wrap or packing paper Labels and markers Plastic bags for small parts 4. Pack Room by Room Packing one room at a time keeps things organized and makes unpacking easier. Clearly label each box with its contents and designated room. 5.
